Dishroom Attendant

NorthStone Country Club LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and food service areas.

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operate dishwashing machines and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Polish and sanitize all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from kitchen areas.
• Examine garbage for misplaced items and return them to their proper storage areas.
• Wash and sanitize all kitchen floors, walls, and equipment.
• Store all dishes, glassware, and utensils in their designated areas.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and surrounding areas.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Food and Beverage Manager.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous repetitive motions and work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.

The Dishwasher will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
