Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Brightside Health. As a key member of our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Telehealth Program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

About the Role:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with substance use disorders.
  • Collaborate with our psychiatric providers and other therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in regular case consultation meetings to support clinical decision-making.
Requirements:
  • LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW independent license required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a licensed therapist, preferably with experience in SUD treatment.
  • Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
