Store Manager

Job Summary

As a Store Manager at Spencer's, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. You will oversee the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense control, shrinkage reduction, and human resources management. You will also be accountable for all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, adhering to Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
• Oversee store operations, including expense control and shrinkage reduction
• Manage human resources, including hiring, training, and development
• Implement and maintain merchandising and inventory control strategies
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand for over 8 hours, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
