Production Manager

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of specialty disposable tabletop products. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team.

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role will also involve leading the production team, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and develop the production team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production capacity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualifications.
