Senior Cardiac Device Technician

Job Summary:
The Senior Cardiac Device Technician plays a crucial role in the device clinic, working closely with physicians, mid-levels, and clinical staff to ensure the effective and efficient management of implantable cardiac devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interrogate and assess implantable cardiac devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and implantable loop recorders.
- Manage remote transmissions and work closely with device clinic RNs.
- Collaborate with implanting physicians to ensure accurate and timely procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health or science-related field or equivalent experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of previous experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cardiovascular Technician certification (CVT) or Certified Cardiac Device Specialist certification (CCDS).
- Completion of ATI training.
