Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care in acute care settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
  • Assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and provide interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care measures.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license.
  • BLS Certifications.
  • Two years of recent Telemetry experience.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills.
