As a member of The Industrial Service Group (ISG), we offer comprehensive support for our customers, including routine maintenance and repair to minimize downtime.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our accounting team in Corpus Christi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely business unit reports, and analyzing journal entries.

The role will involve:

  • Preparation and analysis of journal entries
  • Assistance with monthly close procedures
  • Transaction recording, ledger maintenance, and journal entry adjustments
  • Account reconciliation and bank statement reconciliation
  • Support for audits and financial statement preparation

This position requires 2-3 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, and proficiency in Excel, particularly Advanced Excel functions.

A background in Quickbooks is highly valued but not mandatory.
