Position Overview:

Your main duties will include ensuring a safe environment, providing emotional and social support, and addressing the physical and comfort needs of residents. You will deliver direct care according to the resident's care plan and supervisor's guidance, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Nursing Assistant Certification
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Able to Collaborate Effectively with Team Members and Follow Directions
  • Commitment to Safety and Sanitary Practices

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous Experience in Long-Term Care (preferred)

Shift Information & Compensation:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
  • Available Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $20.50 with a $3 shift differential for the 3rd shift
  • $1,250 Sign-on Incentive (available for all shifts)
