We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Operations Document Review Specialist to ensure loan documentation is complete and accurate according to State and Federal regulations, as well as our company policies and guidelines.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience working with loan documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Complete system validation to execute loan documents
  • Enter exceptions for documentation/policy errors into the exception tracking system
  • Provide clear and concise written communication on missing or incorrect document exceptions
  • Mentor less experienced team members

The Enterprise Operations Document Review Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • TWO (2) years of experience working with loan documentation
  • PASS any assessment associated with the position

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Estimated Salary Range: $39,000.00 - $47,020.00 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. This job is not eligible for incentive pay.

Location Details:

Riverchase Complex North Building, Hoover, Alabama. This role requires working in an office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and has the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. The standard work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
