Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Lead Technologist to join our team at WVU Medicine. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for leading a team of ultrasound technologists and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of ultrasound technologists to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
  • RDMS certification and CPR certification required.
  • Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
