Mixology Specialist

Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date on menu items, including food, beverages, spirits, and retail offerings.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages, adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

• 1 year of bartending experience (preferred)
• 1 year of restaurant experience (preferred)

Compensation: Average pay including tips is $20 per hour

Work Environment: Bar
