About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team at BayCare Health System. As a Cytotechnologist, you will play a critical role in maintaining equipment, supplies, and instrumentation in our Cytopreparatory lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation in the Cytopreparatory lab
  • Assist in the preparation of slides and samples for examination
  • Use computer skills to manage data and reports
  • Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals
  • Meet the requirements for State of Florida License Clinical Laboratory Personnel - Cytotechnologist
Requirements
  • State of Florida License Clinical Laboratory Personnel - Cytotechnologist
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to understand medical terminology
