About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Pedagogue to join our team at SilverLinx. As a Social Pedagogue, you will play a vital role in supporting families and individuals in need, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide social pedagogical support to families and individuals, including counseling and guidance on social and emotional issues
• Develop and implement programs to promote social and emotional well-being, including parenting classes and support groups
• Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients
• Conduct assessments and develop plans to address social and emotional needs
• Provide education and training to clients on topics such as parenting, child development, and social skills

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Pedagogy or related field
• Experience working with families and individuals in need
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
