Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Scarsdale Improvement Corporation. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 11 buildings and providing exceptional service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings to prevent downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent problems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
