Physician - OBGYN Core Faculty Academic Hospitalist/Gynecologist - Grand Rapids, MI

We are seeking a highly skilled OBGYN Academic Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. As a member of our Core Faculty, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers, including certified nurse midwives.
Opportunity Highlights- Work in a high-volume labor and delivery unit, one of the highest in the country, with a team of experienced physicians and midwives.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with 11-12 inpatient shifts per month, with opportunities to maintain GYN skills and perform minor procedures.
- Be part of a robust MFM team, working alongside a midwife and core faculty physician to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Supervise residents and medical students, providing primary teaching and guidance in a professional environment.
- Contribute to clinical and basic science research, advancing the field of OBGYN and improving patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality initiative goals, striving for excellence in patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a team of specialists, including medical social workers, diabetes educators, MIGS, UroGyn, Gyn Oncology, and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists.
