Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat individuals of all ages with speech and language disorders, using evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and barium swallows, as needed, to assess and diagnose swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Hampshire.
  • ASHA certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in speech-language pathology, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including adults and children.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
