Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Bob Ridings Ford. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and service, to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

  • Commission Pay: Monthly bonus opportunities.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
  • Work Location: In-person at Bob Ridings Ford.
