Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Ardent Health. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular security patrols inside and outside of the hospital to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide protection and support to patients, visitors, and staff during emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
