About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our team at the Fulton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring that resident care requirements are met and that the care team is functioning effectively.
- Resident Care: Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare teams, providing information and support as needed.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care services, including progress notes and incident reports.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care.
- Skills and Qualifications: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
