This position is 100% ONSITE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualified candidates will be responsible for executing routine final component installations and verifications, alongside systems operational functional validation testing. Flight Readiness Technicians are tasked with rework, modifications, maintenance, and both pre-flight and post-flight inspections for delivery, as well as troubleshooting issues.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Conduct inspections of flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
o Evaluate pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to identify mechanical and/or electrical faults, documenting any defective components.
o Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks and inspect maintenance and modification actions.
o Address identified issues during the operation and testing of deliverable products.
o Confirm the accuracy of completed work.
o Assist in executing system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery.
o Plan, schedule, and organize personal activities with guidance from a lead. Work will be reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
o Exhibit strong communication skills.
o Be comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
If selected, successful completion of training is a prerequisite for this assignment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
o Bending
o Climbing Ladders (maximum height of 6 ft)
o Fitting into confined spaces
o Standing for extended periods
REQUIRED SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Willingness to work any shift, including days, nights, and weekends.
o FAA Airframe & Power Plant license or sufficient experience to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate.
o Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing.
o Minimum of 1 year of experience in avionics and/or electrical systems.
DESIRED SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience with the 787 Program.
o Background in a team-oriented environment.
o Experience in Team Leadership (Formal/Informal).
o Background in Airline / MRO / Overhaul operations.
o Familiarity with computing and operating systems.
o A&P license is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate + 2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
WORK SCHEDULE:
1ST: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2ND: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, 3RD: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM
CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANY SHIFT.
