Emergency Medical Technician

At Advanced Medical Transport, our Paramedic team members play a vital role in providing emergency care to patients in emergency response situations, during interfacility transports, and during standby events.

As a Paramedic PRN, you will work 12-hour shifts in the Quad Cities area with a home base in Milan. To remain in good standing, PRN employees are expected to work 24-hours each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and evaluate patients to determine necessary care
  • Provide advanced life support when needed
  • Transport patients in accordance with outlined policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment in accordance with company vehicle check-off sheets and inventory requirements
  • Operate and drive an ambulance in conjunction with applicable safety policies and laws
  • Maintain current certification(s) according to provisions set forth by the governing licensure
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Paramedic
  • Ability to work 24-hours per month as a PRN employee
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in the Quad Cities area
