Treasury Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and complete loan documentation by auditing and updating internal systems.
- Prepare loan packages for delivery to investors, transmitting loan information and documentation to external diligence and custodial partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate and well-organized electronic loan files.
- Prepare Release of Liens and ensure timely recording with state-specific requirements.
- Manage information, reporting, and document preparation for internal and external needs, ensuring compliance with investor covenants.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance, investment, lending, or accounting is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formula creation, and spreadsheet management.
- Prior experience in a post-closing/closing environment is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with all stakeholders in a cooperative, professional, and friendly manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to operate in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 hourly, commensurate with experience and education.
