About the Role

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of success in sales and operations, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
