Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN 1) - New Grads to join our Platinum Business team. As a newly graduated nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals.
Your role will involve assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing compassionate support to patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure coherent and effective patient care.
This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow as a nurse. Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient care needs based on physical, psychological, and social factors
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and coworkers
- Adhere to healthcare protocols, policies, and procedures
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of any required training or orientation programs for new graduates
