Intake Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Intake Assessor to join our team at NewVista Healthcare. As an Intake Assessor, you will play a critical role in facilitating the evaluation and admission process for patients seeking our services.

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the level of care required for patients
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely admissions
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and assessments

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required
• Current licensure as a clinical social worker or counselor required
• Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
