Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work directly with the program's Chief Engineer and Program Execution Manager and collaborate with various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure the design and development of different subsystems and their integration are technically sound, on budget, and on schedule.

This includes:

  • Establishing and managing the system technical baseline.
  • Supporting the program's Chief Engineer and Program Execution Manager in current status, issues, and challenges.
  • Evaluating, coordinating, and de-conflicting cross-IPT design constraints, changes, and issues.

The ideal candidate will have technical depth on one or more of the subsystems of missile/weapon systems, e.g., RF/sensors, guidance, navigation, control, telemetry/communication, and airframe.

They will also have experience in leading complex system/subsystem design, integration, test, and/or verification.
