About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Therapy Professional to join our team at Southwestern and Affiliates. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide expert therapeutic services to children and families in need.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
- Deliver crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, ensuring the well-being and safety of all individuals involved.
- Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote positive change and growth.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, submitting timely reports as required.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community agencies and professionals, facilitating collaboration and referrals to enhance client outcomes.
- Meet productivity standards for chart management, documentation, and patient contact, while prioritizing exceptional client care.
- Participate in educational activities, workshops, and conferences to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in family therapy.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is required; temporary licensure may be considered for candidates pursuing their MSW.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance meeting Indiana state minimum coverage requirements, and qualification for our vehicle liability insurance program are necessary.
- Pass background checks, including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen, prior to hire.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
