Job Description

Wolf Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic IT leadership and guidance to our clients, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Grow existing client direct service recurring revenue by expanding value and service.
  • Participate in strategic business discussions with clients to set clear direction and achieve long-term success.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns and collection matters.
  • Participate in informational briefings and other client events.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Client Success Department.
  • Participate in annual client price increase process.
  • Review clients' profitability and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement activities for the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, computers, network administration, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience and/or training.
  • 7+ years of experience working with small and mid-size businesses in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in performing technical account management and/or vCIO duties.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking and computer infrastructure technologies.
  • Sales level experience with remote monitoring and management software, ticketing, and quoting systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with C-level customers and business partners.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong supportive team member.

Work Environment:

  • Regular local car travel in the Greater Pittsburgh area is required.
  • Some work is performed in our Monroeville, PA office.
  • Other work is performed onsite at the offices of our clients or from a home office.
