Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department.
  • Input financial data into the Microsoft NAV accounting system and maintain internal records.
  • Engage directly with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Process, verify, and record payments received by the organization.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the accounts receivable ledger through regular reconciliation.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and billing teams to rectify any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Generate and distribute periodic customer statements.
  • Update customer master files with relevant contact details.
  • Provide support in other accounting functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service capacity is desirable.
  • Familiarity with NAV, MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook/Gmail is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to foresee needs and adapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Dependable, professional demeanor with sound judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Note: A criminal background check will be required for the selected candidate.
