Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Experience: First-timers accepted; long-term care experience preferred

License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA)

Must-Have: Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)

Job Description:

  • Work nights on a 36/48 alternating schedule.
  • Required to work every other weekend fulfilled in the alternating shift schedule.
  • No oncall requirement.
  • May need to float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units or sister facilities.
  • Open to accommodating block schedule with manager's approval, dependent on unit's needs.
  • Managers prioritize candidates with a South Carolina license in hand but will consider those with a pending license if proof of application is provided.
  • Complete 16 hours of orientation.
  • Complete required modules prestart; modules are nonbillable and average 4 hours.
  • Be aware of the possibility of assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November with peak activity in August and September.

Local candidates within a 60-mile radius will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application and is dependent on facility approval. We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Cynet Health. This is a long-term care position that requires a strong background in nursing and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
