We are currently seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Construction Superintendent to join our client's team in Sacramento. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing On-Site Plans and Procedures
    • Develop and implement effective plans and procedures for field operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinating and Monitoring Subs, Supplies, and Labor Materials
    • Coordinate and monitor the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and labor materials to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
  • Creating and Updating Progress Schedules
    • Develop and maintain accurate progress schedules to track project milestones and deadlines.
  • Preparing Regular Job Reports
    • Prepare regular job reports for project meetings to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress.
  • Ensuring Project Completion on Time and Under Budget
    • Oversee the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Commercial Construction
    • Proven experience in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficiency in Construction Management Software
    • Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
