We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Dallas Regional Medical Center.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid Texas State Registered Nursing (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Previous supervisory experience and a minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital ED setting.
