Job Summary

The Food Server is responsible for ensuring that our residents and their guests receive a world-class dining experience. This role involves taking orders, delivering meals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of meals to residents and their guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present meals in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Food Handler's Certificate: Possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate or be able to obtain one within 14 days of hire.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification: Hold current First Aid and CPR certification or be able to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • Washington State Alcohol Permit: Possess a valid Washington State Alcohol Permit or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
