We are looking for a talented Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Unity Search team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and leadership experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years' experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable school required.
- Industry experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
- A minimum of 3+ years in a corporate FP&A function for a large publicly traded company is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, including drawing conclusions and communicating/presenting findings.
- Leadership experience is necessary – career progression within a single company, demonstrating increasing responsibility and ability to influence the entire FP&A team to improve performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong knowledge/experience with modern financial planning databases is necessary (Anaplan, PowerBI, Workday ERP, Essbase, etc).
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is between $250,000 and $320,000 per year, plus other meaningful financial and non-financial perks.
