Job Summary:

Mom365 is seeking a skilled Newborn Photographer to join our team. As a Newborn Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing the beauty and wonder of newborn babies and their families. This is a part-time position with guaranteed pay and potential to earn commission up to $19/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photograph Newborn Babies and their Families: Capture the precious moments of newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories for generations to come.
  • Create a Welcoming Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every family feels welcome and valued.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our hospital partners and other teams to ensure seamless execution of our photography services.
  • Capture Lifelong Memories: Use your photography skills to capture the beauty and wonder of newborn babies and their families.
  • Meet Photography Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales goals, providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Provide Warm and Professional Interaction: Interact with families, hospital staff, and other stakeholders in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Exhibit Patience and Friendliness: Exhibit patience and friendliness when interacting with newborn babies and their families.
  • Comfortable Handling Newborns: Be comfortable handling newborn babies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Retail, Direct, or Commission Sales: Have experience in retail, direct, or commission sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every family feels welcome and valued.
  • Verbal Communication: Possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with families, hospital staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Manage your time effectively, ensuring that you meet sales goals and provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Work Independently in a Hospital Environment: Work independently in a hospital environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills, with the ability to use our software and systems.
  • Moderate Physical Activity: Be able to perform moderate physical activity, including sitting, standing, and kneeling.
  • Lift Equipment up to 50 Pounds: Be able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds, with minimal assistance.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license.
  • 18 Years of Age or Older: Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to Work Weekends and Holidays: Be able to work weekends and holidays, with minimal notice.
