Job Title: Crushing Foreman - Aggregate Production

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Crushing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our aggregate crushing operations.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies
* Oversee the daily operations of the crushing site, including equipment maintenance and repair
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in aggregate crushing operations
* Proven track record of successfully managing production teams
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
