We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 4th Manager to join our team at Yoke's Fresh Markets in Missoula, MT. As a 4th Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives
• Provide coaching and training to associates to improve their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of retail management experience preferred
