As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks and participation in community activities.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Estimated Salary: $20-$25 per hour based on location and experience.
