USI is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to ensure the safety and quality of our products and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended process improvements to management.
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to sign off on quality-related documents and ensure data integrity.
  • Lead customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
  • Perform data trend analysis, participate in phase reviews, and write quality procedures.
  • Present quarterly quality results to customers.
  • Verify data integrity, revision levels, and deviations.
  • Audit systems based on ISO requirements.
  • Determine and sign off quality metrics for manufacturing process instructions.
  • Ensure necessary training is done and documented.
  • Communicate closely with customers and monitor production cycles.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues and recommend fixes.
  • Perform risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Initiate internal and external corrective actions.
  • Be familiar with non-conformance, RMA, and MRB.
  • Set and track quality goals by analyzing SPC, CP, CPK, and G R & R calculations.
  • Read and be familiar with customers' electronics, electrical, and mechanical blueprints.
  • Act as a leader to work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS degree level of knowledge.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a quality engineer in an electronic manufacturing environment.

  • MVP.

This position will be 100% onsite. The expected salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience.
