About the Role

The Gym Receptionist is a key member of the Soho House & Co. team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. As a Gym Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members, welcoming them to the gym and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check in members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Provide information on gym services, classes, and amenities
  • Assist with scheduling personal training sessions and maintaining appointment calendars
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to promote gym services and events
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
