We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team, responsible for crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Key responsibilities include verifying customer identification, preparing and serving drinks, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests.

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and making recommendations to guests.

- Verifying identification and age requirements of customers.

- Preparing and serving a variety of popular and creative cocktails, as well as wine and beer.

- Managing cash transactions and accurately processing credit card payments.

- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

- Staying up-to-date with hotel promotions and events to provide guests with relevant information.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Minimum 1 year of bartending and customer service experience, with a background in the hospitality industry preferred.

3. Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

4. Knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with proficiency in operating software a plus.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
