Key Responsibilities

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions, preparing accurate reports.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a smooth experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct security checks and monitor property safety, maintaining a secure environment.
• Assist with guest requests and provide information about hotel services, enhancing the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions, ensuring data integrity.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong math and computer skills, with proficiency in hotel management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
