**Job Summary**
Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor, Acrylic Painting to teach face-to-face art classes to adult learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of acrylic painting and color theory, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to specific lessons, incorporating a variety of techniques and color theory.
- Teach acrylic painting classes to adult learners with varying levels of experience, providing clear instructions and demonstrations.
- Keep accurate attendance records and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators to ensure a positive learning experience.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art or related field.
- Two years of experience teaching acrylic painting or a related subject.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and acrylic painting techniques.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in Fine Art or related field.
- Three or more years of teaching experience.
