We serve southern Jackson and northern Cass counties, providing a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. Job SummaryAs an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will work closely with a team of experienced nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices to provide the highest level of care.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills required.
- BLS and ALS certification required and maintained.
- EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
