Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- High School degree or equivalent required; higher secondary education or degrees preferred.
- OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction and manufacturing field safety compliance and supervisory roles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, contractors, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
