About the Role

Papa John's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses

Requirements
