We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Live to Move Physical Therapy & Wellness.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide direct treatment to patients, complete assessments, and formulate a plan of care. They will also be responsible for entering patient records, assessments, and daily therapy notes into our electronic medical record system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide manual therapy and direct treatment to patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
- Enter patient records, assessments, and daily therapy notes into our EMR system.
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in social media content creation and other marketing efforts.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [insert state].
- Experience working with patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
