ResponsibilitiesThe MRI Technologist will perform the following duties:
- Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes.
- Schedule and prepare patients for MRI exams, explaining the procedure and positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately imaged.
- Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body, following physicians' orders precisely and maintaining accurate patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Assist with training new associates and provide technical expertise as needed.
