Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Splunk ITSI professional to oversee projects, ensure data accuracy, and leverage Splunk ITSI for advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 11 years of experience and a strong technical background in Splunk ITSI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accessing the organization's needs and requirements for Splunk ITSI.
  • Installing and configuring Splunk enterprise and ITSI modules.
  • Creating and managing user accounts and ensuring proper access controls and security measures are in place to protect sensitive data.
  • Integrating various data sources into ITSI for monitoring and analysis.
  • Managing and maintaining data sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Configuring service templates, KPTs, and notable events.
  • Setting up alerting mechanisms to detect and notify on service anomalies or performance degradation.
  • Conducting periodic performance assessments and making necessary adjustments to improve scalability and responsiveness.
  • Investigating and diagnosing issues to determine root causes.
  • Ensuring ITSI deployments comply with security standards.
