Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Walmart. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our meat department.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality products to customers.
• Be a Technologist: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and interact with associates to understand their needs and provide training and support.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
